I think its complete BS we are putting so much effort into a country that hasn’t been able to properly support itself for decades. Being the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere is no reason for us to feel obligated to donate so much…

New Year's resolutions
I think as my first post I should reflect on the seasonal fad of new year resolutions it being so early in 2010.
The problem with making resolutions is that people, for the most part, never follow through. Why? I think in part because they suspect having goals is enough to say they fufilled their accomplishments. However, that fantasy ends on Dec 31st and the endless cycle begins again.
